[Blindtlk] NlS BARD and the Victor Reader Stream

Actually the way the process works is that you fill out a form on the 
BARD website.  They contact your regional library, and approve 
you.  YOu  then get e-mail giving you a link at Humanware where you 
provide the machine SN, and Humanware then sends you the Key.  It 
sounds more complicated than it is.
