[Blindtlk] LEASE or LEASY from Freedom Scientific: Does Anyone Know What it is?

Hi All,
  On FSCast they were talking about LEASY or LEASE (not sure which is correct). They were saying that it works in tandem with JAWS. Has anyone every used this and/or just even familiar with it? Is it automatically included with JAWS and if so, how do you access it? If not, where do you get it/how much does it cost? Finally, is it worth purchasing? Any information would be much appreciated.
