[Blindtlk] NFB Outreach project for the United States territories of Guam, The Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana islands, all islands of American Samoa, and the United States Virgin Islands for the national Federation of the blind to grow the Federation

Good morning, Alexander and everyone,

  The shere reality of said teritories being in fact, US colonies, 
suggests the features of a Puerter Rican, Guamanian and other 
American colonies original cultural patterns already being well on 
their way to total homoginy, Americanization, if you will. Thus, I 
think we ought to let natural, traditional ways of regarding 
blindnesss prevail, not an engineered one, as is the status quo, in 
these parts.
