[Blindtlk] web site development question

Hey all you awesome people!

I would like to start a web business. I have had one in the past, but the provider I used has changed their interface so it is no longer accessible. I have used WordPress and liked it a lot. However I cannot do what I need to do with the free account. I need to be able to add a plug in for an email sign up form for newsletters, announcements and such. At some point in the future I want to add video content. I need to find an accessible solution. I also do not want to spend insane amounts of money to do this.

I do not know html or any coding what so ever. I need...I think you call it a content management system...to be able to post new blog entries, add new pages and all of the typical stuff.

I understand that you can install wordpress.org on any website hosted by a different company. Is that difficult? Are there companies that will do it for you for free? What is the simplest way to get started, that I can upgrade later as my knowledge grows?

And I know that there are web developer and computer science lists and I looked at their archives. They talk about topics way beyond my level of understanding. I thought someone here might have some more basic suggestions.

Thanks!
