Right.  I have had to return via USPS, but I have an online account, so at least the transit portion of costs was not added to that.

I don't mind paying original shipping but when you have to pay return shipping, transit to the post office, more shipping to reorder another size, transit once to the store is much cheaper. It one time cost me $25 just to get a right sized item online. I said never again, not when I can go to the store for $6 to $8 and get several items and know they fit.
