[Blindtlk] Looking for PENFriend Reviews and Info

Hi All,
  I am debating on getting the PENFriend labeler and was just curious about what others think of it. Is it really worth the cost, how much do you use it...? Also, I keep seeing pack A label refills, pack B label refills... and have no idea what the difference is. How do you know which set to purchase?
