[Blindtlk] Grade 3 Braille????

Hi All,
  Is there such a thing as Grade 3 braille? I have never heard of this before but just came across two manuals on BARD that are for grade 3 braille.

  If this is a real thing, I would be really interested to know how it differs from contracted (grade 2) braille. Like I said, I have never heard of this but I may just not be familiar with it.
