What I’ve always done is to make a small slit in the top of the packet, toward the top right corner. Then, squirt said ketchup either directly onto the food or next to it, depending on what you want. Your fingers are going to get stuff on them, but it can’t be helped.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.
