[Blindtlk] Two questions about administerring medicine.

I personally would not be comfortable with the injection, and I don't know too many people, sighted or blind, who would be either. I would set my boundaries there and tall Mom that she should give the shot.

The spoon medicine is easy! When raising our girls, I always got a teaspoon ora  tablespoon syringe at the pharmacist. I would ask Pharmacist to put a notch or mark in the plunger at the correct dose level. You put the end of the syringe in the liqucd, pull plunger up a little past the notch to eliminate any air bubbles, then slowly lower plunger to the notch and correct dosage. Then you simply squirt the dose into the mouth.

You could make a game of it and start calling it her "fun squirt."
