Completely agree Arielle and others who have stated that marketing needs to change for these products. I've never been able to sleep well at night and I have been a high partial much of my life. I've always had a terrible time turning off my mind and shutting down my body. My seizure specialist suggested melatonin and it worked great. Like any other medication you have to be consistent and for me it rated things to where I don't need to take it any longer.
