[Blindtlk] Transferring Programs to a New Computer

Most programs won't copy over directly, They are too embedded in 
registry etc. You will probably have to download and 
reinstall.  Also, as Mike pointed out, Windows 10 is different, so by 
reinstalling you know you are getting the right stuff, settings, drivers etc.
