[Blindtlk] tornado touch down revisited and seizure triggers

I realized I'm combing through a bunch of emails and some from last year, so just found your reply.
The Lowery Campus which the tornado hit last year ist east of downtown Denver area.
It starts up at Quebec Street and goes all the way up to Dayton Street.
>From north to south, it goes from 11th Avenue to Alameda Avenue.
To answer your question on what triggers my seizures: bright lightning flashes and its energy, emergency strobe lights that flash red, blue and white.
Stress is another factor along with emergency door exit alarms, and fire alarms.
They also happen if I don't eat enough food, not enough sleep or if I over sleep.
