[Blindtlk] tornado touch down revisited and seizure triggers

Glad you are all OK! That would be very scary. I've been a few tornadoes here in Wisconsin it's not always pretty. Thankfully my abode was always spared.  You'd better stay away from the cops by the way it sounds or it'll trigger a seizure. LOL sleep and stress are my primary causes. I probably don't drink enough water which I guess could go under the category of food.

We've had beautiful weather here in Wisconsin and now it's cold again. Wish mother nature would make up her mind!
