[Blindtlk] funding for assistive technology

Besides, for me getting to a training center in Minnesota is far more important. It makes no sense to take a part-time or temporary job if it came along to raise funds just to quit. So I can't go that route it's contradictory to the fight to get assistance going to a training center. I don't have the ability to just pick up everything and move to another state for residency I just finally was able to move to a community in Wisconsin with transportation accessible more than six hours a day on the hour.
