[Blindtlk] Question about SSI

Well that may be technically true but it seems to make no difference that they are not abiding by the rehabilitation act here in Wisconsin. We're talking about the national rehabilitation act. There are ways around things. If the letter of the law was followed, everyone wanting to go to an outside training center wouldn't have to fight for years there is absolutely nothing in the state of Wisconsin even close to compare to an NFB  training center and everyone knows it but still totes they're useless options. Behind the scenes, we've already passed a resolution at state convention last year to start creating a similar training center. Who knows how many years I will take though. Politics here is as dirty as people complain about Illinois lately.
