[Blindtlk] Question about SSI

Hi folks. We seem to have drifted away from questions about Supplementary Security Income. When people search this thread, and they may, this means that they will get a lot of material that has absolutely nothing to do with the topic. When we change the subject of the conversation, why not change the material in the subject field? Otherwise you get people like me who see the subject and say to myself "The horse is dead." Thanks.

I'll tell you about St. Mary's County, Maryland. It's a rural county with only county seat incorporated. It's been on the map since the 1600's too. A few years ago, it has had a bus service for dialysis patients. The Federal Government made it clear to the County the county shall set up a paratransit system and the Federal Government further explained failure to set up a paratransit system shall result in zero dollars for the dialysis transport service and the County shall have to eat that entire cost. The paratransit system now exists and that is how all of that got done.
