[Blindtlk] Where were you on September 11th 2001?

Our 6th grader was just getting out of the shower, had the radio on in the
bathroom, and told me to turn the TV on.  When I did, the first thing that
greeted us was the footage they since cut out of the film of people falling
from the building.  The girls went off to school,and my husband to work, but
no one got any work done that day, including me.  My girls said that TVs
were on in all the classrooms.

My cousin's husband was flying from the east coast into Los Angeles, was
very late making it in, but made it, thank the Lord.

Dear Members,

It was fifteen years ago today that I was sitting in a fourth-grade art
classroom listening to the news.  I heard about the planes crashing into the
World Trade Center and the Pentagon.  
Parents came to pick up their kids from school throughout the day.  What
were all of you doing on this day fifteen years ago?
