[Blindtlk] general accessibility/technology question

Hi-
I am an accessibility specialist, and I am trying to get a general
consensus on this question.
Are skip links necessary/helpful when navigating the web on mobile?  I
am specifically interested in VoiceOver, but any other thoughts on
skip links are welcome.  The genral anser I've been getting is that
skip links are extraneous, because with the use of the rotor on
iPhone, you can accomplish the same thing.
