I believe that the BrailleNote Apex is also available in a Querty version.

I'll let my friend call him's and do the rest of the research. Thanks everyone! I told him honestly that they probably didn't make them anymore. Most people are using laptops or braille displays with a tablet/phone. This guy is persnickety and probably will never really enter the technology age.
