[Blindtlk] JAWS Takes Forever to Start

Hi, Ella,
	I have been experiencing the same issue, although mine is 
with Windows 10 and JAWS 18.  I would be appreciative of any 
advice as well!

Hi, for some strange reason on my Windows 7 laptop, JAWS 16 takes
forever to start after the startup sound.  I've scanned for
viruses to no avail.  I've run system file checker with no
success.  How can I fix it? Thanks.
