[Blindtlk] Information about dreamers needed

The whole point of the message is that if we have information concerning
blind DREAMers who are in the country, the national office wants to have
that information because these young people need to be able to live the
lives they want. The National Federation of the Blind is committed to all of
us in this country who are blind living the lives we want, and as such our
National Federation of the Blind will continue to work toward that end. That
means all of us who are members of the National Federation of the Blind.
