[BlindTlk] Sending money with Paypal?

Try nvda but get the 2019.1 version before you try it.  Jaws may not be
the problem here, it could be your browser.  If you have a fondlebrick
with safari or chrome on  it or can get firefox on any of those devices
you could try some different browsers.
If you find one that works, I'll be interested to know what you changed.
I use linux over here and would probably run chromium or firefox against
paypal to do transactions if those would work.
Have you got a payment method set up with paypal?  It could be without
that payment method you can't enter dollars.
