For me, I just bear in mind to vacuum and mop every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday and do my major bathroom cleaning Saturdays. That way, I keep stuff straight. Kitchen on Wednesdays by the way.
That’s just me though. You’ll find your own way around that part of it easily.
