Indeed all really exciting strides forward for a
prospective teacher--congratulations!!
In terms of the literature about the property,
here, all the usual stuff that is encountered
where ever you go applies, that is, the
proprietor reads off FYI bullet points displayed
on the forms so you know what it is to which
you're applying your signature, all that can be
done verbally, no need to bog down things by
trying to acquire it in accessable format. Where
ever possible, by simply securing a verbal sketch
of relevant docs, the better, you just ask the
proprietor all the usual details regarding the
administrative minutea of the place: rental
payyment schedules and the like, walkthrough
details, rental payment etc. I have been renting
