I will add my thanks too.  I had forgotten that key combination.  I was 
taking three or four steps to exit Jaws and restart it again.

I now have the key combination.  It is Windows-key Jaws-key F4.  This will
unload and reload Jaws.  That's exactly what I was looking for.



I appreciate all your suggestions that I put to use as well.
