That's true.  My iPhone was a 4S, then when I went to Android, it was in
Jellybean, I think that was 4.2 if I remember correctly, quite a while ago
back in 2013.  I think the one James was thinking about was running 4.4.

You're out of date already with the iPhone 4s.  For the android choice
I'd ask what operating system upgrade can it take.  Android 4 is
Ice-cream Sandwich and I got my tablet I think in 2014 that had a later
operating system on it than that.  Android Q will be available later
this year and that's version 10.  It's best to keep current with
operating systems if you value security.  The iPhone 4s is obsolete
according to Apple.
