This book is available on BARD both in braille and audio. I am almost done
reading the six volumes of the braille edition on an Orbit reader during my
trips to and from work.
I am especially interested in this book because I was a student at the Iowa
Commission for the Blind's orientation center in 1965, and knew a lot of the
people mentgioned in the book. You will learn a lot about NFB philosophy in
that book, but you'll learn more about how Dr. Jernigan approached the work
of building a successful and positive blindness agency almost from scratch.
You learn a lot about strategy and tactics, as much as about philosophy. A
book that concentrates on philosophy more is "Freedom for the Blind," also
by Jim Omvig.

Does anybody know where i can get The Blindness Revolution by Jim
Omvig? I though it was on Bookshare, but it seems to have disappeared.
