I have read Freedom for the Blind, though I may re-read it at some point.

I wish there was a book that compiled the best essays on putting the
philosophy into practice--e.g. alternative techniques, ways to
practice independence in public in a socially graceful way. There are
tons of things scattered around, but nothing in one place.
