[BlindTlk] Frozen iPhone

If a cell phone tower got damaged as a result of that construction
likely that freeze could have happened that way then it should go away
after the reboot since the phone will have to have found a tower that
wasn't damaged or destroyed if a little farther away from where you
live.

It isn?t a consistent thing it just does it when it feels like it. I also wonder if construction had something to do with connection. The place I was waiting for a ride from has a lot of construction work going on including roads chopped up etc.
