Yes, there was an older one you can still download called Cooking Without Looking. There was also the Braille Cookbook in one volume, produced by the Kentucky School For The Blind.
More recently, there is one through NBP, I believe, it is called Cooking With Feeling.
There may be more I don't know about.

I would love to know if there are any other cookbooks specifically
written by the blind with blindness techniques in mind. Maybe not the
