Oops. Sorry, it is a book adapted from Cooking With Feeling.  The title is "Adaptive Culinary Techniques for the Visually Impaired from Cooking With Feeling...and Other Useful Senses" by Deborah DeBord, DBC13021.  I still have it in my bookshelf on my iPhone.  Sorry for the error.  Now you can find it.

I just did a search and "Cooking with Feeling" is not on BARD, but "Cooking without Looking" is. It looks like you can buy Cooking with Feeling from National Braille Press.
