[BlindTlk] GET MY PAYMENT question

Most of my family have received their stimulus payments.  I went to the
getmypayment site and when I filled in my information, it said my
eligibility could not be determined.  What does that mean?  Is anyone
experiencing this?  Any suggestions?  Thank you.
