Every time that happens it's best to get a screen shot if you haven't got
a printer then get your congressional staff office email address and
attach that screenshot to your email message and request an explanation
from that office.  Save your outgoing email with the attachment so you
have documentation for what you did if any later investigation happens.
In the event you haven't got an answer by email in 72 hours, phone the
office and reference your email during the call and see if anyone can then
help.
