[BlindTlk] OK NFBW reader problems

Dear Arika

I am just curious, what phone / tablet are you using with KNFB reader? Is the app just crashing to the home screen or is it just listing the files and folders you read, as it seems like from your description?

I use KNFB Reader on my Braille Note Touch+, which runs Android, and I haven't had any problems opening and running the app. There is a tab in the app called File Explorer, which is activated with a button at the top of the app, which lists all your folders. Pushing the back button if there is one either physically or virtually should take you to where you can take a picture and such. At least with my Braille Note it does. Maybe I would close the app via the recent apps list (at least that's what it's called on my Braille Note's Android system) and then open it again.

As far as an iPhone, I'd do the same thing.

Also, maybe restarting the device can be helpful.

What the Hecks going on? Is anyone else experiencing this? I’m not the most experienced user but I’ve never had a problem opening the app before.
