Dear Humberto,
I am extremely appreciative over your offer, and it is a challenging time right now, but it is amazing how many wonderful folks like you are stepping up to be of help!
I am currently working, but I go day-by-day not knowing if it will be my last. I heard today that our state is closing every business that is not nessesary this Friday, so I am thinking that I will be unable to go to work starting Monday. If this is in fact the case, I would love to have your help with a project of mine! The short story is that I am a long-time user of computers, but acquired my first refreshable Braille display (Blue 40) a few weeks ago. It is my first refreshable Braille, and I hope that you may be able to get me up and running, rather than me continuing to struggle on my own.
If this sounds like something that you could help me with, please E-mail me off line at: jameskelm at earthlink.net.
Sincerely,
James

Dear List,
I am also offering my services anytime afternoon or evening if you have questions about anything regarding using a computer with screenreaders or note-taking devices, and the like. My school district where I've started working a few weeks ago closed and we're getting paid but we're not allowed to teach students yet, at least for now, so I, too, should probably keep up my skills :)
I can use Skype or email. Learning the remote functions of our devices (E.G. JAWS Tandem™, TeamViewer or Zoom) would be a great idea at this time, I'd say.

Hello list. I know we are all stuck at home. Some of us are working and must do so remotely and some of us need technical assistance even in these harsh times. I would like to offer my services. I can help troubleshoot computer issues via phone or email. I can also design programs to make your life easier! Stay safe and if you need me just email:
