ambulancebilling.com has a really defective phone billing app in use.
The app assumes three things none of which are properly done.
1) The recorded billing message plays giving contact information and a
reference number once,
2) Once the message plays the call disconnects,
3) no repeat message option is available.
So for people without something to write at the phone and people with less
than perfect memories for all of those numbers, how is it they expect to get
paid?
