[BlindTlk] defective service

I haven't touched their website to find out.  It's probably java disabled
for lynx users and I only use graphical user interface and mozilla when
absolutely necessary.  I'm also not the one responsible for the bill, I
just made the mistake of answering our emergency land line when that call
came in.  I needed to call an ambulance for someone else living in this
house and used the land line thinking they'd be able to locate me.  Turns
out the Bucks County dispatcher service was not even equipped to identify
my address or the cross road and I didn't know the cross road's number
until after that call.  Real bad to have incompetence on the other end of
the phone line when an emergency happens.  It got worse when the ambulance
arrived.  They needed something with the patient's name written on it.
Lots of luck with a congenitally totally blind person being the only other
person in the house who doesn't know where the patient keeps his mail!
Fortunately the patient left his wallet on his bed and the crew found that
and the patient is back and alive but this doesn't inspire much confidence
in the system's competence especially under the adverse covid-19
