This one works on cell phones which is why I'm writing about it here and
now.
If you get a phone number and an extension number, save both in the phone
number field separated by a (,) and the extension gets dialed when you
dial the phone number.  This has worked back in the days when popcorn 1200
baud modems were a hot item and remains effective today.
