Yep, all my bills companies have those input into their phone numbers in my
contacts lists.   However, over the years, most have gone to speech menus
now.

This one works on cell phones which is why I'm writing about it here and
now.
If you get a phone number and an extension number, save both in the phone
number field separated by a (,) and the extension gets dialed when you dial
the phone number.  This has worked back in the days when popcorn 1200 baud
modems were a hot item and remains effective today.
