[BlindTlk] Shutting down and deleting all files on a braille note touch

Hi Haley,
I don't have a Touch (I still use my Apex), so I can't answer the original question, but, if you haven't done so already, you'll want to back your files up on your computer. If you have been using an sd card, you don't even have to worry about deleting any files: you could just remove the card, keep it and give back the device.
If you're using the main flash disk, you can delete your folders individually, or check in the user guide, which will probably have information on how to do an entire format of the flash disk.
Thanks,
Vejas
