I'm glad it's coming up now! :)
P, I've had much the same experiences. I think employers really
appreciate honesty, especially if we acknowledge that we will tell
them what we can't do. That lets them know we are aware of any
limitations we might have, and are fully comfortable discussing them.
That's a great point!
