advertisers are not to be broadcasting commercials at louder volume than
programs are broadcast.  If you find any of these, please fill out a
complaint on the advertiser and the broadcaster and give the advertised
product information and date and time when this happened.  Apparently the
F.C.C. is getting some complaints about this and put out an article that
got on the internet in one of the news sources I read.
