[BlindTlk] Help with ChromeBook

Hello all:

I was hoping to get assistance with learning more about how to use a
ChromeBook. My five year old daughter was given a ChromeBook now that her
school is going back to virtual learning.
How do I turn on the screenreader?
Are there any videos or tips to use ChromeBook without sight?
