Anyone having problems with verizon fios random channels on set top boxes 
as I have described may wish to contact the F.C.C. and file a complaint.

Will Shell (202)743-5448.  If you'd like to file a complaint Will will be 
happy to help you out.  Anything like set top boxes; satelite cable, 
fiber, or anything that plays video like roku boxes is Will's specialty so 
if you need his help please phone him and if we are lucky, we can maybe 
start getting this stuff fixed.  His email address is dro at fcc.gov and he's 
lots easier to contact by email than verizon!
