Hello, I also offer remote training services. The cost depends on the 
number of hours purchased. Until the end of this month, if you purchase 
6 hours of remote training, the cost is $150, A.K.A. $25 per hour. I can 
give references upon request and the services will be customized to the 
individual's needs.

I know here in Wisconsin we have a couple of places and I do know that the Wisconsin Council of the blind tech trainer does do it over the phone.
