Hi Holly,
In Outlook press control 3 (on the number row) and then you can arrow through
your contacts. To create a new contact you can either press control n (when in
contacts) or by pressing control shift c when not in contacts. Once you do
either of these, simply tab through each field and enter the relevant info. Once
you've finished entering all of the desired info then either press alt s or the
alt key and tab twice and enter on the save and close button. To get back to
your inbox press control 1. Hope this helps!!
