My friend's sister had back troubles.  my friend suggested that she clean. 
Her sister said:  "No, you will miss stuff".  Now, my thought was, at least 
Virginia would have gotten stuff that her sister wouldn't have had to do 
with her bad back.  And if she missed stuff, she could say where she missed 
stuff, so Virginia could go over it.  I don't understand some people.  I'm 
sure her back would have thanked her for having Virginia do some of the 
cleaning.  Pam.

I didn’t really do chores growing up because my family didn’t believe in 
making a blind person clean when they thought they were in capable. After 
all, how could you see the stains and dirt? Now even when I do clean no 
matter how much I sweep or mop, when I ask a sighted person or they come and 
look they tell me there’s always some thing I missed or that it doesn’t look 
quite as clean. So sometimes I just don’t even try anymore because it seems 
like no matter how hard I try it isn’t good enough.
