Hi, Lauren,

You may have more than one Deleted Items folder.

Press Control Y from your inbox, and check down through your folders.  I'm
not sure why this is, but the app, along with windows makes duplicate
folders, and if you are on an IMAP account, that also makes duplicates.
Remember to right and/or left arrow when searching, as the boxes are laid
out in the cascading style.

Hi,
I keep losing emails that I have wanted to keep. It seems like Outlook, with
Windows 10, is deleting my emails when it wants to. How do I set things so
that I can keep the emails I have saved? Is there any way to find those
which I have lost?
