[BlindTlk] doing chromebook learning curve

I got chromevox running but needed to use a Linux system to save a file 
with chromebook keyboard shortcuts in it since content on web pages for 
now doesn't show up.  Links show up fine, so I think my chromebook isn't 
yet configured entirely correctly.
I got the Acer spin 713 from Best Buy since that's on sale now and had 
good reviews in computer magazines last year.  The old computer I have 
likely has a dying cpu so doesn't owe me anything since it's been in 
operation for over 10 years by now.  I also subscribed to axs-chromebook 
on googlegroups.com though how helpful that will be is yet to be 
determined.
