[BlindTlk] Adapting for kindle

Hi friends,

I currently use an older version of AssistiveWare called VisioVoice as a vision impairment screen reader software in my mac.  It is like zoom text, but the voices can run faster.  Their newer program, which I haven’t gone to yet, is called Wrise, in case you know them.  I use it because I like their assistive cursor, and I read fast on audio.  

Occasionally, a book comes up for sale on Amazon that is available as kindle.  I don’t use a kindle.  Do any of you know if it is possible to buy a book in kindle, then read it through other TTS software on our own computers?
